Pre-Dance classes at Legacy Performing Arts give young dancers an age-appropriate introduction to movement, music, ballet, and studio confidence in Commerce, Georgia.

Two preschool programs, designed by age.
For the 2026–2027 season, Legacy offers Pre-Dance A for ages 2–3 and Pre-Dance B for ages 4–5. Both programs are designed to introduce young dancers to the studio in a manageable class length while building comfort with music and movement.

What families can expect from Pre-Dance.
Pre-Dance A introduces younger dancers to ballet and creative movement in a 30-minute class. The shorter format gives ages 2–3 a focused first experience in the studio.
Pre-Dance B expands the experience to ballet, tap, and creative movement for ages 4–5. Families can choose a Tuesday or Wednesday option based on the current schedule.
The current recital fee for Pre-Dance is $60 per recital. Class offerings are subject to change depending on interest, so families should check the studio schedule or contact Legacy before registering.
